Charles obtained his PMHNP-BC degree from Walden University and completed his site training at Eustasis. He is able to conduct psychiatric care with efficiency and empathy and is frequently requested by patients as a provider of choice. Charles had many years of prior psychiatric experience before joining Eustasis full time, where he worked at Cox North Inpatient as a charge nurse for years. His wife Olga is also a Psychiatric RN and Nurse Administrator with Eustasis and the two have several children together. Both the Eldridge’s feel passionately about mental health and have made a family commitment to serve this group of patients! Charles is very approachable and kind hearted- his patients love him. He has shown a strong level of compassion and competence for patients from all walks of life. He is a safe and effective clinician who has the most important quality of a mental health professional- he listens to his patients!
